[Important before you start]

Open your web browser and go to this web page Current Hyas DNS Server List

Please record the 2 nearest DNS addresses from your physical location.

Step 1

Go to Apps > 'Settings'

Step 2

Go to 'Wi-Fi'

Step 3

Tap and hold on your current connected Wi-Fi connection, until a pop-up window appears. For this instructions, the name of the connection is "HYAS-RED"

Step 4

Click on Manage network setting

Step 5

Tap on Show advanced options

Step 6

Under IP setting tap on DHCP and make sure to change IP settings to 'Static', then scroll down and add DNS1 and DNS2 you recorded earlier.

Please note: For Android version 5.0+ you may have to manually enter in the rest of the info as well as IP address, Gateway, Subnet/Network Prefix Length.

SAVE THE CHANGES

Step 7

Open up your browser and go to https://borderlessinternet.com/help to see if your service is active.

If DNS is correctly configured on the device, it will display a message "DNS is properly configured for this IP"
